What are your shipping costs? TOP

We charge a flat rate shipping:
UK Shipping: £1.50
Worldwide Shipping: £2.50

How long until I get my order? TOP
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 - 4 days. However, if your item is out of stock during busy periods, it may take up to 2 weeks to send out your order.

Please use our Order Tracking to track your order. You may also contact us with any questions about an order you have placed.

Do you have a Refund Policy? TOP

Yes - here at KittyCat Boutique, we only want happy customers.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your products. We will offer a refund for products that are returned unworn with tags still in place. (Buyers are responsible for return postage).
We regret that we are unable to accept returns on catnip products due to health and hygiene reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

Where do you ship to? TOP

We ship to the UK, the USA, Europe and Australia. If your country has not been mentioned, please contact us to request consideration of shipment to your country.
Shipments outside the UK are shipped via International Airmail. We are not responsible for any customs fees or missing packages.

We highly recommend purchasing optional insurance; you may contact us to insure your shipment.
