We ship to the UK, the USA, Europe and Australia. If your country has not been mentioned, please contact us to request consideration of shipment to your country.

Shipments outside the UK are shipped via International Airmail. We are not responsible for any customs fees or missing packages. We highly recommend purchasing optional insurance; you may contact us to insure your shipment. 

Flat rate shipping prices are as follows:

• United Kingdom: £1.50 for all orders
• Worldwide: £2.50 for all orders.

Items usually ship within 3 - 4 business days. However, if your item is out of stock during busy periods, it may take up to 2 weeks to send out your order.

You may track your order through our Order Tracking or contact us with any questions about an order you have placed.

Your customer satisfaction is extremely important to us! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your products.

Refunds are issued for products that are returned unworn, with tags still in place. Buyers are responsible for return postage.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on catnip products. Thank you for your understanding.
